Job Title: Production Manager Salary Up To 80,000 Package - Performance Bonus + Company Vehicle Monday - Friday - Day Shift About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and driven Production Manager to lead our clients manufacturing operations within a high-performing manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, developing your team, and maintaining exceptional standards across the plant. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate production teams to achieve operational target Ensure all production runs efficiently, meeting planned output and quality standards Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Planning to resolve issues affecting production Manage staffing levels, training, performance and development across the team Analyse production data and report on performance KPIs About You Proven experience in a senior operational role within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and engage teams. Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes, health & safety legislation, and quality standards. Results-oriented, commercially astute, and capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on operational management.
