Job Description We are looking for a full time account managerRate of pay (32,000-36,000 dependent on experience)Success On Socials produces thumb stopping content across social media and we are one of the fastest growing TikTok agencies in the UK, achieving over 120 million organic views every single month. We have created content for global companies such as Emirates, By Babes, Virgin, Radisson Blu, Dr Nyla, Manchester Private Hospital.From strategy to production, our team is fluent in social language with a deep understanding of the online audience and working with a diverse set of brands from small to global.We create at the speed of social; strategising, ideating, designing and producing viral videos for our diverse set of clients.The Role:Were looking for an Account Manager who excels at building strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities and driving projects forward with energy and focus. If youre someone who can communicate confidently, has a passion for meticulous attention to detail and still keeps an eye on the bigger strategic picture, this could be the perfect next step in your career.What youll do:Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, leading communications and strategy discussionsUnderstand client goals, business models, KPI's and translate these into actionable plansStaying curious about digital trends and bringing fresh ideas to the tableManage and guide content creators to ensure their content aligns with client goals and brand messagingManage posting schedules and organically posting for our clientsCollaborate with our other teams to develop and execute project plans that meet or exceed client goalsProvide regular project updates and reports to clientsConstantly analysing the latest trendsMonitor competitor activity, analysing the impact of their work and keeping your clients informed of their position in the marketWhat we're looking for2+ years of Account Management experience, preferably in an agency.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with teams and clientsStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise multiple projectsSolid understanding of social media platforms and the ability to tailor content to suit each channelWe are open to considering a hybrid working model for the right candidateA quick turnaround time, we often have sharp deadlinesExperience RequiredAccountant management: 2+ yearsExperience within an agency or production company (advantageous)A portfolio of your previous work is required to be considered for this role
