Specific Tasks ; Arrange appointments with customers; Provide positive customer experiences in all instances; Provide advice and direction to the workshop team on jobs; Provide courtesy cars where contractually required, supplying adequate vehicles of the correct standard and maintenance levels; Maintain good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations; Calm dissatisfied customers, resolve complaints with sensitivity, and involve others when needed; Complete varied benchmarking and yardstick information and general administrative tasks to meet work provider requirements; Develop a good relationship with all manufacturers and work providers; Monitor quality control, taking remedial action where necessary to reduce or eliminate returns; Maintain accurate costing and invoicing procedures to ensure that money is paid.
