IT Technician Dartford Up to 27k Are you working in IT Support and looking for a role where you will genuinely feel part of a supportive, friendly team? If so, We are recruiting for a really lovely IT Support Technician role with one of our longstanding clients. This is an internal support position within a small, welcoming team of three a great environment if you enjoy structured processes, steady workloads, and helping people across the business. The role You will be the first point of contact for IT issues raised by employees and customers who use the companys B2B platforms. It is a role where the basics really matter: clear communication, accurate logging, and resolving issues in a timely manner. What you will be doing Providing first line support via phone, email, and the helpdesk ticketing system Troubleshooting issues and escalating to 2nd/3rd line where needed Logging and tracking incidents to ensure SLA and KPI standards are met Building and configuring PCs and laptops to company standards Prioritising incidents effectively to minimise downtime for users Working closely with the Infrastructure and Development teams Supporting customers using the B2B website Carrying out general support duties to keep the IT Service Desk running smoothly What we are looking for Ideally one years experience in an IT Support role Strong troubleshooting skills A professional and friendly telephone manner Clear, confident communication (written and verbal) Ability to record information accurately Someone who can stay calm under pressure Good time management and the ability to prioritise High attention to detail Comfortable working within a small, close-knit team IT qualifications (or willingness to work towards them) Why this role stands out You will be joining a genuinely warm and supportive team, working in a structured environment with clear processes and defined priorities.
