Working closely with the Managing Editor and Designers, youll manage an exciting range of practical art and craft books from concept to print-ready copy.Key Responsibilities:Project manage titles from initial planning through to final productionLiaise with illustrators, proofreaders, pattern checkers, and other freelancersCopy-edit manuscripts and write engaging marketing copyCoordinate both in-house and remote photography sessionsMaintain excellent communication between Design, Publicity, Production, and Sales & Marketing teamsEnsure books meet our high standards of clarity, style, and visual appealBenefits:Salary 28,000 - 32,000 (depending on experience)24 days annual holidayProfit share bonusPrivate health insuranceFree lunch, tea, and coffeeCompany pension schemeCycle to work schemeFree parking and on-site EV chargingClose to mainline train stationThe Ideal Candidate:Youll combine strong editorial skills with a flair for design and communication.
