This role involves providing clerical and administrative support across a range of operational duties, helping manage the backlog of cases and ensuring work is directed to the appropriate areas of the business. You will play a key role in maintaining service efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesControl the distribution and allocation of applicationsInvestigate current reports and refer as appropriateLiaise with operational teams on escalation of applicationsMaintain application listsHandle correspondence via phone or email with customers when requiredMaintain accurate records of actions taken using Points Arising Screen (PAS) and any issued correspondenceIdentify recurring processing issues or gaps in documentation to support continuous improvementPerform additional administrative tasks as requiredTeam ContributionSupport the Steering Team and participate in embedding changes to deliver service improvementsStay connected to Service Line initiatives and maintain relevant standard operating proceduresEssential Experience and SkillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to follow written procedures effectivelyExperience working as part of a team to achieve common goalsExcellent organisational and time management skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Previous experience in administration and/or customer service in an office-based environmentAdditional RequirementsFlexibility to accommodate occasional changes in working hours to meet operational demandsInterested?
