As a Stylist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while providing a range of Hair services. You will be responsible for creating stunning looks that enhance our clients'' natural beauty, while also contributing to the overall management of the salon This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior staff, ensuring a collaborative and positive environment. Responsibilities Provide high-quality hair styling, cutting, and colouring services to clients. Perform barbering services as required, ensuring client satisfaction with every visit. Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments. Upsell products and services to clients, promoting special offers and new treatments effectively. Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development through guidance and support. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon environment to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Qualifications Level 2 in Hairdressing Professionals (essential ) Level 3 in Hairdressing Professionals (Prefered ) Proven experience in a stylist role with strong skills in hairdressing and barbering. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Experience in front desk operations is advantageous. Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining client relationships.
