Balancing strategic input with hands on leadership overseeing all aspects of HR / colleague life cycle with particular focus in systems, insight and recruitment, policy governance,Key ResponsibilitiesHRIS Management and dataOversee administration, optimisation, and process improvement of the HRIS systemLead system upgrades, integrations, and HR analytics/reporting capabilitiesEnsure data integrity, GDPR compliance, and system securityTrain users and collaborate with IT on system enhancementsUse of data and MI to generate meaningful insight and support decision making Recruitment LeadershipDesign and implement recruitment strategies across all levelsManage end-to-end processes from workforce planning to onboardingDevelop employer branding and optimise recruitment metricsLead and develop the coordination teamAbout YouProven HR Manager experience with HRIS and recruitment leadershipStrong technical knowledge of major HRIS platformsSolid HR generalist background including employee relationsExcellent understanding of HR analytics and employment lawCIPD Level 5+ or equivalentOutstanding communication and stakeholder management skillsElevation HR is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment focusing on Human Resources.
