Location:Stratford Upon Avon Salary:£40k - £55k DOE About the Role: As a Senior Planner, you’ll continue to advance your career within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary consultancy, while developing strong relationships with a diverse range of clients. Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on the development potential of land and property. Support the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals. Conduct policy research and provide clear, evidence-based planning advice. Draft representations for local plan consultations and examinations. Identify and assess potential land and development opportunities. Collaborate with clients, local authorities, and consultants to deliver successful planning outcomes. About You: Hold (or be working towards) a relevant planning qualification and RTPI membership. Possess a solid understanding of the UK planning system and development process. Demonstrate excellent written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Confident communicator with a friendly, collaborative approach.
