Job Title: PipefitterLocation:Glasgow – Govan and Scotstoun – Based on site andmustbe able to attend a recruitment day in Glasgow.Salary:£38,662.00 (additional shift allowance of 33% may be applicable)Requirements:Trade Papers to be provided when submitting applicationWhat you’ll be doing: Fabricating and installing pipework systems in large and small-bore pipework using different materials (copper, cuni, carbon steel and stainless steel) Using a range of hand tools & mechanical equipment to cut, bend and weld pipes as well as installation of pipework. Installing utilities aboard ship i.e. sinks, showers, and toiletsInstall and assemble fittings, valves, and related components according to drawings and specifications.Collaborate with other trades to ensure the timely and accurate completion of projects. The Pipefitter team: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pipefitter to join our team in Clyde. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for fabricating and installing piping systems across a range of projects in the defence sector.
