Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver clear, high-quality planning advice, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders. Develop planning strategies and coordinate effectively with clients, project teams, and technical consultants. Manage and negotiate planning applications, appeals, and representations through all relevant stages. Produce Planning Statements, appraisals, and supporting documents to inform project delivery. Stay up to date with evolving planning legislation, policy, and design guidance to provide accurate and informed advice. About you: RTPI-accredited planner with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in delivering planning advice on major developments. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in client-facing and public engagement settings. Proven ability to manage projects independently, acting as the main point of contact for clients when required. Experienced in collaborating with local authorities, consultants, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
