2nd Line Support Engineer – Southampton (Contract)We’re looking for IT Support Engineers to join our team in Southampton on a contract basis.Location: SouthamptonStart Date: ASAPDuration: 2-4 months, 2 Days a week (Part-Time)Rate: £180/DayKey Requirements:Hands-on experience providing technical support2nd Line Support ExperienceStrong troubleshooting and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and within an officeAbility to provide desk-side supportFinalising device imaging/swapping and resolving post-migration queries (software installs, printers, OneDrive queries, any automation gaps)Troubleshooting laptops with interactive screens/projectors, anything not working on user devicesComfortably working alone and also as a teamExperience working for an MSP, in the education sector or having an Enhanced DBS is not essential but a bonus.If you’re an experienced IT Support Engineer looking for your next opportunity in Southampton, we’d love to hear from you!
