This 12-month maternity cover gives you the platform to shape the CI programme, influence senior stakeholders, and create lasting change across the business.Working within the Business Transformation team, youll pull together the CI pipeline across Legal and central functions, refine frameworks, and establish a central process hub. From document automation to proforma editing tools, ISO initiatives, and small-scale CI projects, youll take ownership of delivery and provide strategic guidance to the business. Youll collaborate with senior partners, Legal Ops, and other central functions to embed continuous improvement as a way of working.Your day-to-day will combine strategic planning, hands-on process analysis, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring improvements are sustainable and measurable.
