This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident overseeing a busy overnight operation.You'll be responsible for managing the night shift team, ensuring operational standards, safety procedures, and service targets are consistently met. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain control of the operation during peak night hours.The RoleAs Night Shift Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the night operation, ensuring freight is processed correctly, vehicles are turned around efficiently, and compliance standards are followed at all times.
