HFG are pleased to be partnering with a leading global (re)insurance broker to help them recruit an IBA Technician. They are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join their high-performing IBA team, ideal for someone motivated to support key financial operations and work closely with senior leaders on impactful projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage the collection of premiums and claims, ensuring debt and brokerage remain within agreed procedures Support the IBA team in clearing unmatched cash and funded balances Resolve finance queries with Account Handlers and escalate issues as necessary Regularly review credit control accounts with management Assist in team training and continuous improvement initiatives Skills: Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage priorities under pressure Ideally, previous experience with OpenTwins Broking Systems Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Proactive, collaborative mindset with a drive to deliver results Please get in touch if you are interested in hearing more.
