Responsibilities include: Preparing, managing, and submitting planning applications and appealsConducting site appraisals and preparing planning statements and reportsProviding well informed planning advice to clients and colleaguesContributing to local plan representations and development plan submissionsAssisting in the coordination of multi-disciplinary project teamsDeveloping strong relationships with clients and external partnersAbout You: A degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI-accredited)1-3 years’ experience in a planning role, ideally within consultancy or private sectorStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent understanding of the planning process and relevant legislationOrganised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyA proactive attitude and ambition to progress your career in planningThis position offers an excellent platform for aTown Plannerseeking to broaden their experience within a respected consultancy that values professional growth and innovation.
