You’ll be involved in the preparation of planning applications, site appraisals, research, and planning policy analysis, contributing to a broad spectrum of projects across the region. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation and submission of planning applications, appeals, and supporting documentationUndertake site appraisals and research local planning policiesPrepare planning statements and design and access statementsLiaise with clients, local authorities, and key stakeholdersProvide advice and support to senior planners on complex projectsContribute to business development and client relationship managementAbout You We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiasticTown Plannerwith a solid understanding of the UK planning system and a genuine passion for planning and development. You’ll have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high quality work.
