Your key responsibilities will include: Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and development appraisalsManaging client relationships and liaising with local authorities and key stakeholdersUndertaking site appraisals and preparing planning reports and statementsProviding strategic planning advice to clientsSupporting and mentoring junior members of the teamContributing to business development initiatives and maintaining client relationshipsAbout You: MRTPI qualified (or working towards chartership)4–7 years of planning experience, ideally within consultancy or a development led environmentStrong understanding of planning policy, legislation, and the UK planning systemExcellent communication, report writing, and presentation skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesConfident, commercially minded, and motivated by career progressionThis is a fantastic opportunity for aSenior Town Plannerlooking to join a supportive and forward thinking consultancy that encourages professional growth and rewards success.
