WhatYoullDo Lead, support, and empower Neighbourhood Coordinators and Enforcement Case Coordinators Guide complex casework, safeguarding, and tenancy enforcement Build strong partnerships with police, social care,healthand community agencies Drive service improvementstreamline processes, embed new ways of working, and use data to sharpen performance Represent us at multi-agency forums (MARAC, MAPPA, safeguarding panels) Champion a consistent, customer-first approach across everything we do What You Bring Solid experience in housing or neighbourhood management Strong understanding of tenancy law, ASB, and safeguarding A confident people-manager who brings out the best in a team Skilled at partnership working and managing challenging situations Analytical mindsetcomfortable with data, systems, and improving processes Resilient, proactive, and solutions-focused A CIH qualification is great to havebut not essential if you bring strong, relevant experience and are prepared to work towards.
