Maintenance Assistant - TXM Recruit are currently looking for a Maintenance Assistant to work for a dedicate organisation who provide a 6 start high quality private service to clients across a multi-site basis. Location -Newmarket Salary 33,000/Yr DOE Hours 8/9am to 4/5pm - Monday to Friday Weekends - 1-in-4 weekend shift Overtime - Overtime is there at 1.5x anything over 40hrs As a Maintenance Operative your duties will be but not limited to General reactive maintenance in carpentry, tiling, basic plumbing, and gutter/drainpipe repairs Also, changing lightbulbs, replacing taps or toilet seats hanging doors or fixing shelves. Patch plaster. rendering, painting or minor carpentry and plumbing repairs. Youll be responsible for sourcing materials, overseeing contractors, and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard. This role involves working closely with other team members, covering shifts when needed (including on-call duties), and adhering to all health and safety policies. Benefits.
