(Immediate Start) I Need Staff Today Limited (Recruitment Agency) Location: Telford Pay Rate: 14.0016.00 per hour (depending on experience) Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent Opportunity (subject to performance & business needs) Industry: Automotive & Aerospace Manufacturing About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced MIG and TIG Production Welder to join their multi-skilled engineering team within a busy automotive manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for producing precision components used in both the automotive and aerospace sectors. Key Responsibilities MIG welding of production parts to required quality standards Working within a fast-paced engineering environment Reading and following technical drawings Maintaining accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail Supporting general production and fabrication tasks as required Skills & Experience Required Previous MIG welding experience in a production environment Ability to work with precision and follow set processes Experience within automotive or similar engineering settings is beneficial TIG aluminium welding experience is preferred (not essential) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Shifts Day shifts (exact shift times confirmed at registration) Additional Information Immediate start available All candidates must have the right to work in the UK and be able to provide proof at registration Recruitment and placement carried out by I Need Staff Today Limited in line with Employment Agency Standards (EAS) regulations How to Apply If youre interested, please apply with your CV.
