You will help drive effective, legally compliant, and people-focused practices across multiple sites.This is a generalist role covering Employee Relations, Recruitment, Polices and Procedures and you will support across exciting projects. A varied and fast paced role.Ideally you will come from a manufacturing or retail background. You will be responsible for a large team. Please send us your CV today for consideration.You must be able to drive for this role due to the weekly travel involved.This role is fully office based/on siteKey Duties and responsibilities:Working proactively to build relationships with management, guiding and coaching within all areas of HR.Employee Relations throughout the business, HR policies and processes in addition to having an engagement focusResponsible for key HR projectsTalent Management: succession planning, recruitment, L&D projects - coaching and mentoringResponsible for managing absence, sickness and looking at staff attendanceSkills & Experience:CIPD Level 5 qualified or 4+ years hands on experience within a decision-making HR roleDriving LicenceProven experience with managing Employee RelationsExperience of relationship building and challenging situations with the right approach, to ensure a satisfactory resolutionStrong coaching and leadership skillsSuperb communication and organisational skillsWe are unable to reply to every individual application, however if your skills and experience meet the above criteria, we will be in contact with you.
