Job Description Futureheads have partnered with a leading technology consultancy specialising in transformative digital solutions for the public sector. Known for their innovative approach and commitment to solving complex challenges, they work with government departments and public bodies to deliver mission-critical systems that protect public resources and maintain citizen trust. They're looking for a skilled Delivery Manager to drive forward a high-impact Counter Fraud Compliance & Debt work programme.This role offers the opportunity to lead complex, high-impact projects from inception through to delivery, working with government departments, law enforcement agencies, and external providers to implement solutions that make a real difference in preventing fraud and ensuring compliance.What you'll be doing:Leading delivery of Counter Fraud Compliance & Debt work programme initiatives across multiple concurrent projectsDefining and validating requirements with business colleagues, often starting from scratch with information source access requirements and solution designManaging complex stakeholder engagement across Architecture, Security, Networks, Commercials, Finance, and Digital Workplace Tech ServicesCollaborating with Other Government Departments, Law Enforcement Agencies, and External ProvidersDriving procurement, commercial negotiations, and supplier management activitiesIdentifying and removing project risks and blockers to maintain momentum and delivery paceCreating effective delivery plans that optimise speed to market, value, and qualityApplying appropriate project management methodologies and tools based on project needsSolving complex issues quickly and escalating when necessary, while capturing lessons learnedAdapting to changing priorities and navigating complexity with agilityAbout you:Proven experience delivering complex technical projects in public sector or regulated environmentsStrong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and motivate diverse teamsExpertise in multiple project management methodologies with ability to select the right approachDemonstrated capability working with Architecture, Security, Networks, and Commercial teamsExperience with procurement, commercial management, and supplier relationshipsExcellent problem-solving skills with ability to identify themes and drive continuous improvementAbility to work at pace on multiple concurrent deliverables without compromising qualityComfortable working in ambiguous situations and creating structure from undefined requirementsStrong resilience and adaptability in fast-changing, high-pressure environmentsExperience engaging with government departments and law enforcement agencies (preferred)The details:Rate: Up to 467.50 per day (inside IR35)Location: Hybrid with flexibility for remote workingClearance: Security clearance requiredWe feel this role will attract strong interest, so if you don't have proven experience delivering complex technical projects involving multiple stakeholders in public sector or regulated environments, we ask you not to apply as we will not be able to provide feedback and your profile will not be considered.If you have the experience listed above, we're excited to review your profile.
