Job Description HR Advisor3 Month FTC 35,000pa Bolton Hybrid Working - (2 days a week in the office)We are partnered with a fantastic client based in Bolton looking for a HR Advisor to join their team on a 3 month fixed term contract position. There is potential the role go be extended or even made permanent.The successful candidate will be a confident HR Advisor, thriving in a busy environment and hit the ground running. The role requires someone who can start ASAP or at very short notice.Responsibilities of the role:Support Managers/Senior Leadership and employees across the business providing expert HR guidance and advice.Responsible for ensuring the consistent application of polices and procedures. Advise on a range of employee relations matters and work collaboratively with the wider HR team to deliver an efficient HR service.Deliver pragmatic HR Advice - confident with this as generalist role. Support with redundancies and restructures.Requirements of the role:Strong generalist HR Advisor knowledge/experience.Strong employee relations, case management and HR best practice.Confidential/thrives working in a busy environment. Confident working with managers across all levels. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills. CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is essential.
