Are you a passionate, driven Team Leader ready to make a step up! Do you want to work for household name in the FMCG world?As Production Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading and supporting your team to ensure the efficient production of high-quality, ‘Right First-Time’ products. You’ll play a key role in short- to medium-term planning (week 1 to week 4), ensuring resources and equipment are optimally utilised to meet production targets. You’ll also deputise for the Shift Operations Manager when required.This role is pivotal in supporting the site’s growth strategy, embedding a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, while maintaining operational flexibility across engineering, logistics, and technical support functions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations to meet production plans and KPIsChampion health, safety, and environmental standardsDrive continuous improvement initiatives across the teamBuild strong relationships across departments and functionsRole model company values and behavioursManage budgets and support capital expenditure projectsEnsure compliance with site processes and proceduresRecruit, train, and develop team membersConduct appraisals, return-to-work interviews, and manage attendanceUse SAP to manage labour planning and working timeAbout YouWe’re looking for someone with proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally within FMCG. You’ll be confident managing teams, driving performance, and fostering a culture of accountability and improvement.
