I am currently looking for a Carpenter Multi Trade to work on the repairs team for a social housing provider in the Kettering area. The role is an on-going contract doing reactive maintenance at 23 per hour with a company van and fuel card. The Carpenter Multi Trade will be responsible for: 2nd fix Carpentry such as hanging doors, fitting skirting boards and architraves 2nd fix plumbing such as changing toilets, basins and taps Finishing skills such as patch plastering and tiling The right Carpenter Multi Trade will have: NVQ or City and Guilds in core trade Experience working in council properties Clean and valid UK driving license In return the Carpenter Multi Trade will receive: 23 per hour (CIS available) Long term contract Weekly pay Company van and fuel card If you are interested in the Carpenter Multi Trade role please apply or call 0121 773 0966 and ask for Sam.
