Buying Assistant Support Buyers in the development of seasonal product ranges Liaise with suppliers to gather product information, samples and pricing Manage product data and maintain accuracy across internal systems Track orders and deliveries to ensure critical path deadlines are met Conduct competitor and market research to support range planning Monitor sales performance and stock levels, highlighting risks and opportunities Merchandising Assistant Assist the Buying and Merchandising teams with stock management and trading decisions Manage stock allocations, replenishment, pricing updates, and order processing using our Allocator and Replenishment System Maintain regular communication with stores and suppliers Enter and manage product and stock data accurately Support the implementation of range and space plans Concessions Admin Supporting the Buying and Merchandising teams with regards to stock movement and trading strategies Using the Allocation and Replenishment system to set stock levels for stores, allocate new lines and monitor replenishment, complete price changes and raise orders for stores Communicating with Stores and Suppliers on a daily basis Data entry Implementing the Range and Space Plans Allocator Supporting the Buying and Merchandising teams with regards to stock movement and trading strategies Using the Allocation and Replenishment system to set stock levels for stores, allocate new lines and monitor replenishment, complete price changes and raise orders for stores Communicating with Stores and Suppliers on a daily basis Data entry Implementing the Range and Space Plans Ecommerce Assistant Always Providing a high-quality customer experience Managing existing products and online inventory; identifying and rectifying gaps and redundancies within the website Regular and thorough function checks and general website admin Understanding and working in line with brand messaging and tone of voice Comprehension of technology systems and the ability to effectively communicate with technical support Daily merchandise key categories to present most appropriate product and maximise sales.55b20050-bc17-4e5d-bfce-3c406318dffc
