As a Framework Project Coordinator, you would be primarily responsible for monitoring Asset Replacement activities around Northumberland, County Durham, Tyne & Wear and Teesside as part of the major framework IUS is conducting for Northern Powergrid.Along with a competitive salary between £36,914 - £52,671 we also offer great benefits such as; •25 days holiday plus bank holidays which increases up to 28 days with service•Enrolment into our enhanced double matched pension scheme up to a maximum of 6% employee contribution and 12% employer contribution with service•Personal transport provision (Including fuel reimbursement)•Career development & progression with opportunity to increase your salary via technical competency scheme.•24/7 access to Mental health support & counselling services•Eye care vouchers with funding towards glasses •Contractual sick pay •Long service recognition •Paid volunteering opportunities within the community.Key Responsibilities •Project Coordinator on Northern Powergrid Asset Replacement works.•Monitoring the quality and efficiency of Asset projects by coordinating site works using in depth work packs and instructions to ensure compliance. •Regular site safety audits – checking tools, equipment, training and compliances to company policies. •Support to PMs with surveying and collating of on-site information for front end purposes such as accessing or pricing up of schemes•Frequent supervision of site activities that ensures a constant senior presence and maintains a positive safety/quality culture within the framework team. •Supporting the Project Managers / Technical Administrators with other activities.•Reporting directly to the Project Manager. Key Competencies •Ability to work effectively in a team environment.•Excellent customer service skills.•SHEQ knowledge.•Good communicator with the ability to interpret information.•Excellent time management.•Good knowledge and experience using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office and Excel.•Knowledge around risk management and conducting positive site engagements. •Good understanding and experience with local authorities, NRSWA and traffic management.Qualifications and AttributesEssential Qualifications & Experience:•Previous experience with supervising and managing on site activities preferably related to Asset Replacement but not limited to. •IOSH managing safely or equivalent experience around safety principles and risk management/mitigation. •Full UK Driving Licence•GCSE’s – A-C Maths & EnglishDesirable Qualifications & Experience:•Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or relevant qualification in Civil, Utilities or Electrical Infrastructure (Such as an A-level or higher education certificate).•Experience working with varying types of Switchgear, Transformers and LV boards on both HV & LV assets.•Previous experience of working on DNO Asset Replacement sites.•Background and understanding of Street Works, Civils and Temporary works •Previous experience with customer liaison
