Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Coordinator to ensure that all facility execution activities meet the required quality standards and technical integrity. This senior role (limited for 2 years) oversees Quality Control systems, coordinates inspection resources, audits vendors and contractors, and manages interactions with third-party validation and certification authorities.The ideal candidate brings strong quality expertise, leadership skills, and deep experience in Oil & Gas project environments.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & System DevelopmentEnsure full compliance with the Project Quality Plan across all project and facility execution activities.Develop and implement the Project/Package Quality Control System.Conduct Management Reviews to support continuous improvement of QC processes.Maintain accurate, structured reporting of Quality Control data.Support evaluation of contractor quality capabilities and performance.Coordination & OversightLead and coordinate all QC activities, including inspections as per approved QCPs.Manage Quality Engineers and Inspectors across construction sites and workshops.Ensure adequate QC resources and competency levels across the project.Verify that QC verifications follow approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).Review and approve contractors’ and vendors’ quality plans, procedures, and QC documentation.Participate in Vendor Pre-Production Meetings.Carry out technical audits of vendors and contractors.Manage contracts related to QC services and ensure service quality.Stakeholder & Authority ManagementCoordinate with third-party validation and certification authorities.Prepare QC reports for management and escalate critical issues when required.Collaborate closely with Engineering and Construction teams.QualificationsEducationTechnical Diploma required.Engineering Degree preferred (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent).Professional Certifications (Preferred)Qualified quality system auditor/certifier.Accreditation in relevant QA/QC codes and standards (CSWIP, ASME, AWS, NACE, ISO, etc.).Training (Preferred)Project managementEngineering and Construction ManagementHSE managementContract & ProcurementAsset IntegrityBOSIETQuality Assurance trainingPetroleum and facilities engineering–related coursesLanguagesFluent English.Intermediate local language (if required).ExperienceMinimum 7 years in the Oil & Gas industry.Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience or equivalent.Skills & CompetenciesTechnical SkillsQuality Management Systems development and implementationAuditing & certification processesQC procedures, guidelines, and standardsContractor quality monitoring and integrationPersonal CapabilitiesStrong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilitiesResults-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to lead teams and work collaborativelyClear communication and networking abilitiesPositive attitude, resilience, and initiativeFlexibility and long-term mindset for continuous improvementHow to ApplyIf you meet the qualifications and are interested in joining a team committed to technical excellence and high-quality project delivery, please apply directly via LinkedIn or contact us at
