Dynamics 365 (D365) Support ConsultantRemote Working (UK-based)We’re looking for an enthusiastic Dynamics 365 (D365) Support Consultant to gain hands-on experience supporting, troubleshooting, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions while working closely with clients and experienced consultants - all from the comfort of your own home.As part of the team, you’ll contribute to day-to-day support tasks, small enhancements, and ongoing projects, building your expertise in D365 and the wider Power Platform ecosystem.What you’ll do:Investigate and resolve D365-related support requests, incidents, and queries in a timely and effective manner.Deliver configuration changes, customisations, and improvements within D365 and the Power Platform.Assist project teams with testing, deployments, and solution delivery.Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to optimise client solutions.Maintain documentation of fixes, procedures, and solutions, contributing to team knowledge.Engage directly with clients, providing clear communication and excellent service.Support troubleshooting across Microsoft technologies, cloud services, and Windows environments, as required.About you:Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse), and solution configuration.Confident problem solver with an interest in developing technical and functional expertise.Able to deliver changes or enhancements following best practices.Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients.Eager to learn, develop, and progress a career within the Microsoft D365 ecosystem.Why join us?Fully remote working, giving you flexibility and autonomy.Collaborative and supportive environment with career development opportunities.Exposure to live client projects and real-world D365 solution delivery.Work alongside experienced consultants and industry experts.Competitive salary and benefits package.
