Job Title: Senior People PartnerSector: Data/ AnalyticsLocation: LeedsSalary: £65,000 - £75,000Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior People Partner with broad generalist experience to join our business at a site level. This role will focus on supporting business leadership and playing a crucial role in driving our people strategy.More about the role:Partner with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop people strategies that support these objectives.Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on all aspects of people management, including performance management, talent development, and employee relations.Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.Analyse HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives and promote best practices.Facilitate training and development programmes to build capability and support career progression.Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations on people-related matters.Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace.Lead succession planning and talent management efforts to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.More about you:Proven and demonstratable experience within OD and senior People Roles.Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.Demonstrated ability to influence and coach senior leaders.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
