Groundsman ST4 Area Pay Rate: 15 per hour Hours: Full-time (MonFri), Monday to Thursday 07.30am-5pm and Friday 07.30am-12.30pm We are looking for an experienced and reliable Groundsman to join our team in the ST4 area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bricklaying and general groundworks , as well as a proactive, hands-on attitude. Key Responsibilities: Carry out a variety of groundworks including digging, levelling, drainage and basic landscaping Perform bricklaying tasks such as building small walls, edging, and repairs Assist with site preparation, maintenance and general labouring duties Operate hand tools and basic machinery safely and effectively Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within project deadlines Follow all site safety procedures and maintain a tidy work environment Requirements: Proven experience in bricklaying and general groundworks Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and a strong work ethic Physically fit and able to carry out manual labour CSCS card (preferred but not essential) Reliable transport to and from the ST4 site What We Offer: 15 per hour pay rate Steady, ongoing work Supportive team environment Opportunities for overtime and skill development If youre hardworking, experienced and ready to start immediately, wed love to hear from you.
