We are working with a range of secondary schools across Staffordshire who are seeking committed Learning Support Assistants to support pupils in the classroom and on a 1:1 basis. This role is perfect for anyone with experience working with young people whether in education, youth work, care or community settings and who thrives helping students overcome barriers to learning. What Youll Be Doing Supporting class teachers to deliver engaging lessons Providing targeted 1:1 and small group interventions Helping pupils manage their learning, focus and confidence Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation Supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs Assisting with record keeping and learning plans Promoting independence and resilience in students What Were Looking For Experience working with young people (education or care preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Patience, empathy and a proactive attitude Behaviour management confidence (training can be provided) Ability to follow guidance and work effectively as part of a team Full UK driving licence highly desirable due to roles across multiple schools but not essential Why Join Revolve Collective?
