The Role As a Master Technician, youll be responsible for: Advanced diagnostics and complex fault-finding Carrying out high-level repairs and technical work Supporting and guiding other technicians in the workshop Troubleshooting issues efficiently to minimise downtime Completing job cards and documentation accurately Delivering work to the highest safety and quality standards Providing technical advice to customers and colleagues Keeping up to date with the latest vehicle technology ?? What Were Looking For Youll need: Proven experience as a Senior or Master Technician Strong diagnostic capability and technical knowledge Confidence with electrical systems and complex repairs A methodical, detail-focused approach Good communication skills and a positive attitude A full UK driving licence Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) preferred ??
