Project Manager Joinery & Fit-Out Location: London Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent About Us: We are a specialist joinery and interior fit-out contractor , delivering high-end bespoke projects across the commercial, hospitality, and residential sectors. Due to continued growth, were looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team and oversee exciting joinery-led interior projects from conception through to completion. The Role: As a Project Manager , youll take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and delivery of joinery and fit-out projects. Youll lead site and workshop teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality, safety, and programme targets are met all while maintaining the highest client satisfaction standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end delivery of bespoke joinery and fit-out projects Oversee site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget Coordinate design, production, and installation phases with internal and external teams Liaise closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to resolve technical or commercial issues Prepare and monitor project programmes, progress reports, and risk assessments Ensure compliance with company quality, health 'safety, and environmental policies Drive efficiency and continuous improvement across all aspects of delivery About You: Proven experience managing joinery or interior fit-out projects (commercial, hospitality, or high-end residential) Strong technical understanding of bespoke joinery, materials, and installation techniques Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills Capable of managing multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines SMSTS and CSCS qualifications desirable Background in carpentry, joinery, or construction management preferred What We Offer: Competitive salary + car allowance + performance bonus Opportunity to work on prestigious, design-led projects Supportive and dynamic company culture Genuine career progression opportunities within an expanding business TPBN1_UKTJ
