Job Description Account Management Lead Location: Sheffield - Hybrid (or London - Remote)Do you love building strong client relationships and helping teams deliver great results?Were looking for an Account Management Lead to join our Customer Success Team at Airship/Toggle. Youll manage a small team of Account Managers who nurture our hospitality clients particularly our Plus and Expert accounts ensuring smooth renewals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and driving long-term success.This is a key role in our business, combining people management, client engagement, and commercial growth. Youll be both hands-on and strategic coaching your team while strengthening relationships with our clients and representing Airship/Toggle at meetings and events.About Airship/ToggleAirship/Toggle is a leading hospitality SaaS company on a mission to help brands connect with their guests. Youll find a relaxed, supportive environment where ideas are heard, people take ownership, and results matter.What Youll DoLead, coach, and develop a small team of Account Managers.Manage and support relationships with our Plus and Expert accounts.Oversee renewals, upsells, and cross-sells across the client base.Attend client meetings and industry events, representing Airship/Toggle.Act as a trusted partner, helping clients get the most value from our products, including running training and strategy review sessions.Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver great outcomes.Track account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.About YouYoure a confident, commercially aware leader or senior AM who thrives in a target-driven environment.
