Job Description They are looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join their team ideally with 2+ years residential maintenance experience.The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of construction and ability to problem-solve with defects, likely to come from a background in the trades e.g. Painting, Decorating, Carpentry and Joinery.Day to day duties:Resolve defects in a speedy mannerComplete all required paperwork (time sheets) for submission to the Divisional officesCarry out inspections of reported defects as and when requiredReport any repetitive defects on active and non-active sites to the Customer Care ManagerIf you would like to apply for this role, please do so below or for more information please contact Kirsty Cade at the Fawkes & Reece London office.JBRP1_UKTJ
