Job Description Electrical Engineer Pharmaceutical Project (Surrey)Salary: 90,000-95,000 + Car + Accommodation + BenefitsLocation: Surrey, UKRole Type: Full-time, Site-BasedWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a major pharmaceutical construction project in Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineering professional looking to work on a high-specification, regulated environment within the life-science sector.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare method statements and risk assessments with the construction teamDevelop reports, front-end studies, capital cost estimates, schedules, material take-offs, and tender schedulesPrepare and review technical and contract documentation; evaluate returned tendersMaintain and update delivery schedules to ensure timely material controlIssue and track RFIs to the design teamMonitor on-site progress and provide regular progress reportsProduce look-ahead programmes to support production teamsConduct quality control, inspections, and snagging activitiesManage document control, recording and transmitting project informationSupport project management with any additional engineering duties as requiredWhat Were Looking ForStrong understanding of the engineering function within constructionSolid commercial awareness and understanding of cost and contract impactsKnowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental systemsStrong awareness of team capabilities, strengths, and weaknessesPrevious experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environments is an advantageJBRP1_UKTJ
