You'll play a vital role in the Operations Management team to drive continuous improvement through our people, process and business key performance indicators.Operation of all tipping, washing, grading, filling and packing equipment must be optimised so run to a high standard, minimising down time and involve the monitoring of the overall process so able to ensure continuous improvement and adoption of lean principles are implemented.To take a lead role in the running of the production and hygiene departments, providing support and cover for the Team Leaders and coaching/direction for all team members to drive performance improvement.
