Job Description

We are looking for a part-time (21 hours per week) Learning & Development Manager to join our clients People Team. The Role Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, duties will include Managing the L&D team and external suppliers, ensuring delivery of high-quality services within budget and SLA expectations. Project managing internal L&D initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Delivering technical and development training aligned to business needs, utilising digital tools where appropriate. Overseeing the apprenticeship programme and early careers training Managing training budgets. Contributing to wider people vision projects, ensuring all initiative support a positive workplace culture and the ongoing development of employees. Taking day-to-day responsibility for the L&D service, escalating challenges as needed. The Person Experience in Learning & Development or employee engagement roles. Strong relationship-building skills with managers, senior leaders, and colleagues. Comfortable managing projects, budgets and small teams. Competent in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Metacompliance and PageTiger is desirable. Enthusiastic and proactive. Passionate about employee development and creating a people-centred workplace.
