Family Law Solicitor (Complex/HNW Caseload) - London Hybrid Role The Opportunity My client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Family Law Solicitor to join their specialist team. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a high-quality, complex caseload and play a key role in team development and business strategy. The Role You will manage a varied and challenging caseload, focusing on complex and high-net-worth matters, while mentoring junior staff and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities & Caseload: Handling complex divorce and separation proceedings. Specializing in high-value financial settlements . Managing non-married matters , including drafting pre/post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements . Dealing with complex living arrangements and cases involving international jurisdiction . Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative environment. Playing a proactive role in networking and business development . Maintaining exceptional client relationships and high standards of client care. Candidate Profile My client is looking for a lawyer with strong technical acumen, commercial awareness, and a collaborative spirit. Expertise: Strong technical knowledge and demonstrated experience in handling high-net worth (HNW) and complex family law cases . Skills: Excellent communication, client care, and networking skills.
