This role will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of BIM and design activities, leading the BIM project team and ensuring all model production, coordination, and clash detection processes are executed to the highest standard.You will work closely with engineering teams, design consultants, and third-party contractors to ensure full alignment across all MEP and multidisciplinary design activities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the BIM team and Project BIM CoordinatorsLiaise, coordinate, and collaborate with design teams and third-party contractorsChair weekly coordination meetings and breakout workshopsManage and maintain the Master Revit MEP ModelProduce weekly Navisworks updates and issue clash detection reportsWork with designers and contractors to resolve all model clashesDevelop and oversee the BIM execution plan, delivery strategy, and project programmeSupport the generation of 4D and 5D modelsManage workload for Revit Technicians and ensure consistent standardsUndertake any other reasonable tasks assigned by project managementWhat Were Looking ForStrong, detailed knowledge of BIM processes, BIM coordination, and the BIM Lead/Manager roleExcellent understanding of multidisciplinary design workflowsCommercial awareness relating to design and BIM deliverablesGood understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental systemsStrong leadership skills with the ability to recognise team strengths and weaknessesExperience with Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 / ACC, and coordination toolsJBRP1_UKTJ
