Balloo Hire Centres is part of The Briggs Equipment Group and therefore can offer a local solution with corporate level support.We currently have a new opportunity for Hire Controller/Administrator to join our team in the Bangor depot setting up hire agreements for our customers and working with our sales team.In this role you will be:Setting up hire agreements and allocation of equipment, ensuring that all internal processes are followed.Liaising with operatives to arrange for pre-hire inspections on equipment.Planning delivery and collection of equipment for internal delivery fleet.Monitoring status of equipment to ensure that all equipment on hire is compliant.Accurately raising hire contracts ensuring the correct data is inputted into the system.Compiling and providing hire quotes for clients.Supporting sales team to ensure that any specific customer requirements are available and/or develop new product offerings to our clients.Ensuring that customers are at the informed of delivery/collection status.What will help you to excel in this role:Excellent attention to detailThe ability to manage your own workload and meet strict deadlinesGood teamwork and communication skillsWhat you can expect from us:Competitive base salaryFuture development and career opportunitiesContributory pension scheme with employer contributions up to 6%Paycare and eyecare health schemeWhat's nextIf you are interested in joining us at Balloo Hire Centres, then please click on the apply now button and a member of the team will be in touch.Not sure if this is the right role for you?
