This role covers various functions in order to fulfil orders as per customer specifications and standardsInterested in learning more about this job Scroll down and find out what skills, experience and educational qualifications are needed.Working hours 5:00pm - 5:30am on a 4on, 4off shift patternThe PositionAbility to quickly assess product as it passes over the line and remove any that obviously does not meet the requested standardCleaning - between, during and after production runs, always ensuring that you are following clean as you go proceduresIf requested, setting up the grading line may be necessarythis may involve operating the machinery (i.e. installing screens and topper beds) machinery must be operated as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)Use of barcode scanner to scan product into and out of lines (as and when required)Report any issues with your line to your immediate Line Leader or Supervisor (issues with machinery, product quality or packing)Possibility of relief forklift driving (as and when required) training for the right candidate can be givenThe perfect candidate would beThorough with strong attention to detailAbility to work well with othersPatience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situationsFlexible and open to changeAbility to carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand held deviceExcellent verbal communication skillsWhy Join Moulton Bulb Company?We are dedicated to investing in our people by providing ongoing training and development opportunities to support your career growth.
