Robertson are working with one of the UKs leading powder coating specialists based in Leicester - They work on products from architectural metalwork to automotive components. They are looking for a skilled and experienced powder coaterto join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in powder coating processes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality finishes on time and to specification. Working hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 2:30pm Friday 7am - 1:30pm Key Responsibilities: Prepare and pre-treat metal surfaces prior to coating (degreasing, masking, shot blasting, etc.) Apply powder coatings using manual and/or automated spray systems Ensure consistent coating thickness and colour accuracy to meet quality standards Operate and maintain coating equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and safe working environment Requirements: Proven experience in powder coating Strong understanding of coating techniques, curing temperatures, and materials handling Good eye for colour, finish, and detail Ability to read and interpret job sheets and technical drawings Reliable, motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Benefits: Overtime opportunities Stable, long-term employment with a reputable company Ongoing training and development Supportive and friendly team environment If you are interested in this role please contact Dan on 07464 733898 TPBN1_UKTJ
