Our Client, an award winning, market leading UK property developer is looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to joint their successful team. The Sales Consultant will deliver sales targets through excellent customer service, negotiating market competitive deals, being empathetic to customer needs to build vibrant communities. If you have a strong commercial mindset along with a proactive approach, then this is the role for you. You will be confident, with a proven track record in a customer-focused, target-driven environment, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills, genuine empathy, and the determination to see every opportunity through to a successful outcome. 27k-30k p/a doe plus commission OTE 55k-60k, company car plus excellent benefits Key Responsibilities Achieving sales targets, negotiating market competitive deals, while maximising margin and protecting average sales price. Providing a tailored customer experience that results in positive feedback, drawing on skills to nurture customers through the customer journey at each stage. Delivering a consistently high standard of presentation at each stage of the customer journey and seeking opportunities to forward sell products. Maintaining a current and accurate customer database aligned with company processes. Engaging with the community to build and maintain trusted relationships with customers and existing homeowners. Working with the team to deliver high quality presentation of finish, completed property checks with any outstanding issues resolved. Responsible for sales activity of development sites, undertaking sales lead analysis and monitoring resulting customer conversion metrics. Responsible for delivering successful sales releases. Responsible for working collaboratively with the relevant departments to deliver high quality, operational developments for handover. Responsible for maintaining up to date knowledge of the sales process, adopting current tools and adhering to business processes. Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the product offering. TPBN1_UKTJ
