Sparx EA Repository Manager 6 Month Contract Location: Home / Andover Rate: 750 - 800 per day (Outside IR35) We are looking to recruit an SC Cleared Sparx EA Repository Manager for a leading technology consultancy. The Repository Manager will lead the design, administration, and governance of Sparx EA repositories for complex enterprise environments. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical mastery of Sparx EA with a strong understanding of data and architecture frameworks. You will work with enterprise architects, data architects, and business analysts to ensure our Sparx repositories are structured, standardized, and optimised for collaboration across large-scale programs. This is a hybrid role and you will be required to work 2 days a week onsite in Andover. Valid SC clearance is essential, and previous MOD / Army experience is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Repository Administration: Set up and maintain shared Sparx EA repositories from scratch. Manage repository migrations and upgrades (e.g., AWS ? Azure). Implement meta-model updates and merge multiple repositories across business units. Configure user access, permissions, and version control. Customisation & Standards: Develop and maintain custom Model Driven Generation (MDG) profiles to support architecture frameworks. Define and enforce modelling standards and guidelines aligned with TOGAF or similar frameworks. Create Sparx EA guidelines and best practices documentation. Enablement & Support: Provide expert guidance to architects and analysts on Sparx EA usage. Conduct assurance sessions and promote reuse of architecture building blocks. Troubleshoot repository issues and optimize performance. Architecture Artefacts Management: Ensure repository supports enterprise-level artefacts (business, application, technology layers). Maintain consistency and integrity of diagrams, models, and meta-data across projects. Essential Skills & Experience: Expert-level Sparx EA experience, including repository setup, administration, meta-modelling, and MDG customization. Strong understanding of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate, UML/BPMN). Proven ability to manage large, federated Sparx EA environments. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Familiarity with version control and migration of Sparx repositories. TPBN1_UKTJ
