The Role Were looking for experienced and hands on Electronic Assemblers to carry out the assembly and build of PCBs and electronic components in a high-quality manufacturing environment. Working within a skilled production team, youll follow detailed written and technical instructions to assemble, wire and test key electronic systems that power modern rail vehicles. What Youll Be Doing Coil winding and loom preparation including wiring, crimping and wire stripping Assembly and soldering of printed circuit boards (PCBs) Rack and cubicle assembly, wiring and component installation Application of conformal coating to electronic boards Working to technical drawings, wiring diagrams and production schedules Collaborating with your Cell Leader to ensure high standards and output targets are met What Were Looking For Proficient in Surface Mount and Through-hole soldering Skilled in manual and automated testing (Fluke meters, multimeters, etc.) Ability to read and interpret technical and wiring diagrams Excellent attention to detail and steady manual dexterity Team-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement Experience in electro-mechanical or precision manufacturing environments (rail, aerospace, or automotive preferred) Qualifications Formal qualifications arent essential we value hands-on skill, precision, and a proactive attitude above all else.
