Waldrons Solicitors are looking for a committed and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our Kingswinford office. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who takes pride in delivering a high-quality, personal service and who wants to contribute to the continued growth of a long-established, well-respected firm. About the Role You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction to completion, providing clients with clear and consistent communication throughout. We welcome applications from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, as well as experienced Conveyancing professionals who have developed their expertise through practice. Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish Ensuring files are maintained, reviewed, and progressed in accordance with our office manual, SRA and LEXCEL requirements Keeping clients regularly updated, issuing client care documents at the appropriate stage, and handling all enquiries efficiently and professionally Maintaining confidentiality and security of all client and company information Providing a warm and professional service to clients, ensuring they feel supported at every stage Ensuring accurate and compliant time recording and preparation of bills Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, agents, lenders, and other professionals Supporting and developing support staff and contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture Participating in departmental meetings, training, and the ongoing success of the team Promoting the services of Waldrons and helping to maintain our high standards of service and reputation About You Experienced in running a full residential conveyancing caseload Demonstrable fee-earning experience Excellent communication skills, with the ability to reassure and guide clients Highly organised with strong attention to detail Committed to maintaining high professional standards and adherence to firm procedures A team player with a positive, professional outlook Confident in building strong relationships within the local community and with external organisations Why Join us?
