We are now looking for an energetic and customer-focused Centre Manager to lead one of their busy Autocentres and help them continue delivering service that is second to none. Do you have? The Role As a Centre Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation, performance and leadership of your Autocentre. This is a hands-on role , working closely with your team on the workshop floor to ensure smooth, efficient and high-quality service. Key Responsibilities Lead your centre to meet and exceed sales, profit and performance targets Drive the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction Handle and resolve customer issues effectively Motivate, train, and support your team to achieve operational excellence Manage stock, ordering and daily administration Support marketing and local business development to grow centre performance Assist in the workshop when needed ideally MOT testing, fast-fit and/or servicing About You Minimum 2 years experience in the automotive sector (preferred) Strong background in customer relations and team supervision Hands-on, proactive and highly organised MOT licence or technical qualifications desirable (not essential) Benefits 38,000 40,000 basic salary Excellent monthly bonus scheme Company pension Life insurance Employee discount Cycle to work scheme On-site parking Opportunities for development and progression If you're motivated, customer-focused, and ready to take ownership of a fast-paced centre within a respected national brand, wed love to hear from you.
